You can do Amazon returns here at the Post Office counter, there's a cash machine and a car wash. Staff have always been competent and perfectly friendly.

I had a truly appalling experience at this branch. Before I could even speak, a lady staff member began shouting at me to remove my motorcycle helmet while pointing aggressively at the exit. Despite my immediate compliance, she remained hostile and attempted an unjustified refusal of service, telling me to go to a different branch.
When I asked for her name to report the conduct, she repeatedly refused. Most deceptively, when I asked for a manager, she brought over the BP petrol station manager to pretend they were the Post Office supervisor, a clear attempted deception to avoid accountability.
The interaction ended with her muttering 'I hope Amazon know what you are doing' simply because I corrected a scanning mistake she was making with my parcels. Essentially accusing me and questioning my integrity. I will never use this branch again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Apparently asking for a return receipt is too much these days! The lady refused to give me one and then muttered to her colleague, ‘even wants a receipt…’. Charming
