- SYsong yananApr 3, 20262.0I visited this Post Office to deposit money into my NatWest account, but the staff refused to accept my Northern Ireland banknotes, saying they couldn’t take the risk of counterfeit notes. While I understand there may be policies, the lack of assistance or alternative solution was very disappointing. I had to travel all the way to Oxford to complete a basic banking task, which caused significant inconvenience. I would expect clearer guidance or better support for customers in this situation.

This is extremely unprofessional as I was waiting 10 minutes before closing time, it was 5:30 when I got to the till all you had to do was scan the parcel and we could have both gone home. However she decide to frantically wave her hands around as she screamed at me to leave, I don’t see why she couldn’t of been nice and scanned it.
