Long queues, overworked and grumpy staff not always helpful.

One guy working, stood in the queue for 10 minutes before leaving. He was still serving the same family (something to do with passports) as when I arrived and there were about 15 people ahead of me. I only wanted to drop off a parcel.

Had an unpleasant experience here with passive aggressive staff. Service was pretty slow, in spite of them making clear that they would stop working at 1pm on the dot (you’d think they would try to get the queue down).
Milton park post office is a delight, I’d recommend going there instead.

As said, the staff are friendly but are happy to take their sweet time with zero sense of urgency despite a queue out the door. The post office area looks like a tip that is more in keeping with bad third world notices everywhere. The public who pay for this are kept hostage to the single only service and so it’s a take it or leave it attitude that is projected onto its customers. If I could give this a zero rating I would.
