- DBD BAug 28, 20241.0Extremely Disappointing Experience at the Post OfficeI had an incredibly frustrating experience at the post office today when attempting to renew my driving license. Despite the central post office website and a staff member with short blond hair confirming they offer a walk-in service, I was turned away. The reason? She claimed they were short-staffed, even though there were two people behind the counter and not a single other customer in sight. This happened an hour before closing time, and I had driven 30 minutes specifically to get there. Despite explaining my situation, the staff member refused to help and told me to come back in two days. This was a clear display of laziness and a complete lack of professional customer service. It's beyond frustrating that individuals like this remain in their roles when there are numerous complaints about similar issues. I strongly suggest others avoid this location if they value their time and expect a basic level of service.
