You wouldnt even get 1 star if i could post this without having to give you any at all.
As at this date 24-02-2026 and at this time you are open, but you would not think as you do not answer the phone, ever!
It is unacceptable and very poor service, if you can call it that.
Whoever the Manager is of this Post Office you need a serious
1-1 taking too by your Area Manager as you are not ensuring that this branch is being run correctly.
I will be making a full written complaint to the Head Office of Royal Mail. You would think that with the Post Office Scandal and your abysmal failure in the news this week about your inability to deliver 1st class post on time that someone somewhere would be ensuring some form of service standard, at present you have none.
Why bother to have a phone number when;
You allow it ring and you DO NOT ANSWER IT
you have no option to leave a message for a call back.

Helped by AI, as god forbid we should genuinely point out dreadful staff.
If being made to feel like a nuisance is your idea of good service, this is the place. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. The lady with the reddish hair is the biggest problem. I wish the Post Office HR team would rectify the issue.
