- AAAnnabel.r.hApr 27, 20261.0MISERABLE PLACE! Tried to collect my parcel, said It was delivered the 26th, went to collect it the 27th and said i had until the 29th to collect. Man looked through unorganised parcels throwing them around until he said to me “They picked it up” however i had the email and explained to him. He replies “If you don’t like it go somewhere else!” Been here years and theyve always lacked any decency to be friendly or respond with kindness. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to be put in a bad mood.
- ASAstrid SchneiderJul 26, 20251.0Everyone who works here either doesnt want to be of any help at all, or is actively aggressive and leery. I would far rather travel a few extra miles to another location.
- ASAstrid SJul 9, 20251.0The man who works there is so disgusting, he stares at women and makes you feel uncomfortable (even as young as 17) and he cant get pretty pissy and angry with you. Woman who works there is nice though. Avoid the man!
- APAli PettipherOct 1, 20221.0Incredibly rude, unhelpful staff who would much rather be on their phone than engage in any sort of conversation with you. They refused to serve us and lied saying that they were on strike. When we checked the Royal Mail website, the strike applied to Royal Mail delivery only. They just couldn’t be bothered. We had to drive to Eynsham Post Office instead, where the customer service is far better. You actually get eye contact, and a smile. I can’t understand how this Post Office has survived all this time with such poor service.
