- RCRuth CalvertSep 19, 20261.0Rude , wanted to send a small lightweight parcel , asked about options and thèy charged me £16 , didnt tell me about the cheaper ways to send ( which I found out when I got home and checked the prices ) and they were unpleasant , rude and questioned me about what was in the parcel ( a small birthday for my sister ) and I didn’t like the way thèy spoke to me , thèy made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t feel like it was safe or that I could trust thèm , and because of their attitude and poor service and will never use the post office again.

I has been to the post office in Watlington the day before who were really unhelpful and the customer service was very poor they were more interested in talking about the football then servicing customers
