I has been to the post office in Watlington the day before who were really unhelpful and the customer service was very poor they were more interested in talking about the football then servicing customers

- MGMichael GilpinJul 11, 20221.0I found the person behind the glass very rude and condescending, I asked for a special delivery for a self addressed envelope for the safe return of my daughters provisional licence identification documents as advised by the dvla. She then questioned my logic about why I wasn't sending the main post addressed to the dvla by special delivery as well? I then was bullied into paying for another special delivery cost. Overall I paid over £12 for this service. I just wanted her to stop explaining it to me so I could just get out of there because the que was getting bigger, and I could feel everybodies eyes on me. Not using this post office again, it's not fit for purpose.
