She was professional, and patient with every customer, and even stayed a few minutes after closing to help resolve an issue with my parcel. Her good service really stood out, as my previous experiences at this branch, when I was served by a man, had been less positive.
- GGG GJul 28, 20261.0The owners of the shop are genuinely lovely and always so friendly. The lady who works in the Post Office is also brilliant and really helpful. Unfortunately, the older gentleman in the Post Office completely lets the place down. Every single time I’ve been served by him, he’s either overcharged me or given me the wrong service. This time I specifically asked for Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm and paid for it - only to then go home and find out he used a different service. My parcel is now delayed because of it. I’ve experienced many issues everytime I am served by him. I genuinely don’t understand how this keeps happening. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re paying for a specific service and repeatedly don’t get what you’ve asked for.

There's the autistic inertia... And the deadline panic... And racing to the post office 5 minutes before they close, and pleading to not leave the stuff until next day, because next day by midday is the said deadline... And through all this, the patience, politeness and professionalism of the postmaster and his wife have been impeccable! Thank you!
