- CHCaio HenriqueSep 1, 20261.0I’ve never seen a place with employees as rude as in this place. Unfortunately it’s a place closer to mine, they always change the prices of things it’s never something fixed when you go to the cashier. The gentleman who works at the post office has no preparation to work there, he never finds the packages I’m going to pick up and is always very rude and can never solve anything. If you can never go to this place, look for another one closer.
- AHAndy HiscoxAug 24, 20262.0I received the email from Amazon saying that my package was ready to pick up, but I was refused by the post office staff as “it hasn’t come in yet, but if you come in first thing tomorrow it’ll be ready for you”. Two things: the email is only sent once the item is available to pick up; how did he know it “would” be ready tomorrow morning “first thing” unless it was already there? He will now have to hold on to it for a week and then process a return as I simply ordered a replacement to be delivered elsewhere. I did inform Amazon, who did confirm that the package had in fact been received at the post office. He lied. He refused to help. I will not be using this shop of post office again.

I went in to drop off a parcel and was told very abruptly to “leave it by the door” without any proper explanation or basic courtesy. From the moment I walked in, the staff were rude and unprofessional. There was no eye contact, no greeting, and no willingness to help. When I placed my parcel down, a staff member opened the door forcefully, which could have damaged the contents — in my case, there was a printer inside. To make matters worse, another staff member started laughing in front of me and speaking in their own language, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve had issues here, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Customer service really needs improvement.
