Not only they are racist, but also make an effort to be just about as evil as they possibly can. I can’t even imagine how they must treat someone vulnerable. Management should either fire the current staff or make sure they know how to be decent human beings. After all, if I treated someone like this at my work, I would be in trouble.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
