Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received today by the older lady behind the counter. So rude, unhelpful and has a major attitude problem. Every time I have been in there she has been the exact same.

Wow never met such a grumpy person!
Dropping off some parcels and received lots of huffing and puffing!! And general rudeness! I left her with a cheery have a nice day! To be followed with more huffing
