Eventually I went back as I checked and it seemed that every branch can do a postal order payment. She wasn’t happy about it, she rushed me when I was filling it in so I forgot to sign it. Literally minutes later I realised my mistake and asked for the letter back (I had all the receipts and everything), she said it’s against the law to give it back. Now I may lose important documents as a result as they were in the letter and it’ll be sent back second class because the application hasn’t been paid for. If she had been even a tiny bit more helpful, the situation might have been different.
