I specifically chose to have my parcel delivered here because the website where I ordered my item, as well as Google Maps, both stated that this branch was open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. As someone who works full-time, those opening hours were the only reason I selected this location. When I arrived to collect my parcel, I discovered that the branch actually closes at 5:30 PM. My question is: why are the opening hours advertised as 8:00 AM–8:00 PM when the branch actually closes at 5:30 PM? Customers rely on the information shown on Google Maps to decide where to have their parcels delivered. Because of these incorrect opening hours, I have wasted both my time and my money, and I may not even be able to collect my parcel. This is completely unacceptable. Please update the opening hours to reflect reality so no one else has to experience the same frustration. This has been a horrible experience, and it is extremely disappointing to have my time wasted because of incorrect information that customers rely on when making their delivery choices.
