Every time I try to use their services, there’s always something wrong — and that’s been the case for years! Today, I was told I’d have to wait about an hour to send a parcel because the cashier was doing a report. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It took me an hour to get here — who’s going to compensate me for my time and travel costs? Can the manager of this branch please get a grip on the situation and either hire more staff or give up the Post Office service altogether? How is it that smaller towns than Faringdon are able to provide far better service?
