After years of having a very grumpy older lady with dark hair and glasses, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a smiley, lady of Indian ethnicity behind the post office counter just before closing time on Monday 17 August. Despite it being warm, stuffy and at the end of her shift she was more than happy to help me and was very polite. Very good experience!

Reasonable choice of products and one member of staff went out of her way to help me when looking at a book and evaluating the price.

One guy working, stood in the queue for 10 minutes before leaving. He was still serving the same family (something to do with passports) as when I arrived and there were about 15 people ahead of me. I only wanted to drop off a parcel.
