Chased a parcel for 2 weeks as lady behind the counter insisted my parcel was not there, said the regular guy was on holiday in Cape Verde and the replacement was uselsss. Turns out this was not true. Depot manager at Parcelforce Coventry ended up dealing with it becuase i escalated it. He called me the next day. Guess where my parcel was.....In the post office all the time. His guy picked it up and dropped it to my front door. Two weeks of aggro because someone cant be bothered to do their job properly.
