I posted a birthday card for my friend overseas , my card was put aside without the stamp on it after I paid . The card went missing in the end . It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience with this post office .

I don’t know Who is take responsibility post office but They are so rude they don’t have customer service. I never seen any post office customer service like them I will never going to them again 🤥

Post office has an out of hours counter at the coop tills, this is a restricted service which you can find on the post office website. They are also closed on bank holidays. The out of hours are open on Sunday 10-4pm Monday -Friday 8-9am & 5:30pm -10pm and Saturday 8-9am & 2pm-10pm. Mostly for sending mail and picking up parcels… please feel free to call the coop during out of hours to check if they offer the service you need.
