Every time I use this Royal Mail branch, there seems to be a problem — either it’s closed, the person isn’t available to accept deliveries, or they’re on a break. I’ve had issues with my parcels more than once, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Every single time I use this branch, something goes wrong. I would definitely recommend using a different Royal Mail branch instead. Very disappointing and, frankly, pathetic service.

They were friendly and smiling with the customer before me, but when it was my turn — before I had even said anything — their attitude completely changed.
