Wednesday 20 March 2024 12:38 tried to sent a registered letter. Told not open until 14:30. Internet says they are opened waste of a journey. They need to but there opening times on the internet.

It’s always easy to complain - and I did a year ago. However, I think the service at Strensall Post Office has improved. As long as you know that on Wednesday morning they are closed but open in the afternoon and late to compensate which is handy, and you avoid lunchtimes. They could do with making these provisos more apparent to customers - nothing worse than making a trip for nothing!
