I often collect parcels here, send and return packages, and also use their banking services to deposit cash and coins or pay bills. It’s incredibly convenient to have so many useful services all in one place. The staff is always friendly, patient, and professional. He is happy to answer questions and make every visit quick and straightforward. One of the biggest advantages is the location—it’s very close to my workplace, so I can easily stop by before work, during my lunch break, or after work. It has become my go-to Post Office because it’s reliable, efficient, and so convenient. Highly recommended!

The staff member behind the counter (who identified himself as Faruk Siddik) was hostile from the start. When I politely asked to adjust the breakdown of coins, he completely lost his temper. Rather than calmly explaining they were low on stock, he became aggressive and outright verbally abused me, telling me to "tell your company to send someone not stupid next time" before shouting at me to leave. Being insulted and treated with such hostility for a routine business transaction is completely unacceptable. Zero professionalism. Avoid this branch if you expect basic respect.
