Appears as a Royal Mail collection point for orders to be delivered to and picked up from, but refused to accept the delivery (a shoe box), so now it’s returned to sender, wasting everyone’s time. Really unhelpful.

Says post off or closes at 2pm. Visited at 1.15 pm, watched the lady in front of me get served at the post office. I was then told they are closed. 2 members of staff behind the till who could clearly help, wownt be using this place again!!!!! Go to a shop that actually want to help you, seems they will only serve you if your local and they know you!

I found the service at this branch to be very difficult. The staff were entirely unhelpful and seemed to look for reasons to obstruct my transaction rather than facilitate it. There is a complete lack of a customer-first approach here, and it feels as though the staff are unhappy to assist with standard Post Office services. I would recommend going elsewhere if you need a straightforward and helpful experience.

If you're going to shut for lunch, you need to:
- open earlier or stay open later;
- take lunch at a earlier or later, so that you're OPEN when your customers can actually get to you; and
- perhaps, just perhaps, mention that you shut for lunch in your website!!
No wonder the PO can't make any money. It's got a monopoly on various services, but can't be bothered to make it's opening hours work for it's customers

How much cash can I withdraw at a Post Office counter?
The amount you can withdraw in a Post Office branch will depend on any withdrawal limits in place on the specific account you hold with your bank. If you’re unsure, please contact your bank directly to check.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
