- LSLouise SzczurowskaDec 10, 20241.0Fed up of this store disregarding post office opening hours - every week I go to post parcels to find it's closed with no reason given - todays sign "closed from 2pm today re-opning tomorrow'. If the hours can't be met almost on a bi-daily basis, update the opening hours that people can actually arrive and use the post service within and stop wasting peoples time every week with open time's roulette . Provide opening hours you can actually adhere to!! Sick of it.

Opening hours don't match what the Internet says, EVERY TIME I'm in the unfortunate position of having to use this branch I am turned away because someone "doesn't know what to do" or they're "out back sorting parcels" meaning I have to guess which time to next go in because there is always excuses - bunch of whining people, who don't want to help.

Went in early on a Saturday morning I was the only person in the shop and still it was all to much trouble for her to do her job and deal with my return parcel....she did nothing but moan about not knowing which label to use and how many courier companies they have to deal with..... Really not my concern, just do what you are being paid for or look for another job .... ABSOLUTELY AWFUL POST OFFICE WITH STAFF TO MATCH
