- BSBen SquillaciSep 10, 20261.0absolutely useless. arrived just past 6 and couldn't pick up parcel - not crazy as they close at 6, but they had a big sign saying post office open outside. the man said to come back tomorrow at 8am. When i arrived at 8am there was a hand written note saying post office closed. I asked the londis staff and they said that the post office staff(?) was on holiday - there were two members of staff sat behind the royal mail counter on their phones! rude and unhelpful - it shouldn't take three attempts just to pick up a parcel!
- PMPaige MoreheadAug 1, 20261.0Parcel collection stops at 4 not 6 despite the opening times displayed. Extremely rude staff. When I explained that my parcel was medication, it need it urgently and I became visibly upset the man working told me oh well you’ll have to wait till Monday (2 days after) Poor service
