Absolutely no customer service skills from any staff that have ever worked here must be a prerequisite to get a job!!
I waited over 20mins to get to front of post office queue and woman completely ignored me and started serving the shop queue with no explanation. When she the continued to service the next shop client I said I've been waiting to be informed she work the shop side, even though the post office queue was probably 8-10 people deep. The guy was ignorant as ever pretending the queue of people were invisible because he can't mutli task.
I then left as was obvious she was not going to deal with the post office queue.
I was using this place as convenient I won't be again I would rather go out of my way to a shop able to serve its customers promptly and with a smile then make them feel like an inconvenience.
It's not even because it's a busier time of year it doesn't matter when you go in it is always the same.

Posted two small parcels to Canada, weight less than 2kg combined and charged over £50! I was shocked but rushing to get Grandson and as a lot of people waiting I paid. I got home and called Royal Mail who said I should have been recommended to combine parcels as a lot cheaper. Have checked other parcel delivery companys such as fed ex,ups and this was by far the most expensive. My local post office much more helpful, feel very ripped off

Terrible place to pick up amazon parcels it is never open
Long queues and the staff are not the sharpest tool in the box
Why is there not a locker outside
The co-op has locker and is only 5 mins away
