- ASAllan SummersSep 14, 20261.0The Narcissist Manager who watched a lady standing in queue with a dog in a stroller telling her no dogs as she eventually got to the front of the queue. Policies are policies but to deliberately let someone get to the front of the queue to tell them no dogs when you could have mentioned this straight away because I saw you look at her and deliberately waited to throw your authority about was totally unnecessary. Despite this absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and the lady working alongside him looked as if they had been forced into the job through community services . If you hate the job and people so much move on . The lady with the dog in the stroller said politely she has been in several times with the dog , only to be told " well I am the Manager " no dogs . The poor woman left clearly upset . It wasnt even explained in a polite professional manner, more aggressive throwing his narcissist position around .
