The elderly lady seems to forget that she works in customer service. I was simply enquiring about forms needed to be renew a passport and was met with stupid questions about how a family member would ‘ get home ‘ extremely UKIP behaviour and I will not tolerate it. Avoid at all costs, this one individual is ruining the entire post office for everyone. The sub way members of staff were shocked and disgusted by her behaviour and so am I.
