One particular gentleman that I support likes to use the Post office regularly. All the staff are fantastic, but Dawn is wonderful. She treats him with kindness, patience, and never makes him feel rushed. She puts up with his terrible jokes, and even cracks a few herself! So a big thank you to Dawn for making D's outing just that little bit more enjoyable.

They let me charge my phone to speak to the person and they gave me advice on how I may be getting scammed. Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
