Went in with a large package both attendants then started whispering to each other while they were staring rudely at me. It's only when I said sorry are you talking about me they said you can't leave that here we can't accept that. Well done terribly communicated and made me feel like an idiot. It's a minority of staff like this that give the others a bad rep. I'm in retail too and understand it's difficult dealing with customers but that was not a nice way to deal. Won't be using again. The store on the other hand is lovely and well run.

One particular gentleman that I support likes to use the Post office regularly. All the staff are fantastic, but Dawn is wonderful. She treats him with kindness, patience, and never makes him feel rushed. She puts up with his terrible jokes, and even cracks a few herself! So a big thank you to Dawn for making D's outing just that little bit more enjoyable.
