Why is that older woman with the attitude problem working in a job where she has to deal with the public? She is rude to everyone and you only have to read these reviews to see how bad she is! Take my advice and skip her, wait for one of the younger members of staff instead.

Decent service, friendly staff. Passport photos are not available on Saturdays. A good thing as the queue used to stretch well into the shop.

if you have got a choice....go somewhere else.
I don't find this post office very customer friendly is almost like somewhere put the staff there for their punishment.
luckily(NOT) for me I was always served by the same lady - this older lady who should probably retired now as she is not helpful and she is not even trying.
she wanted to charge me for sending a parcel a lot more (LOT) apparently because there was a b'day card inside - went to the Main Post Office no such a thing.
while waiting to be served I witnessed like a young man brought a lot of post back saying that person didn't live at the address any more. the lady didn't bather at all, asked him to write on each envelope "no longer at this address" but as it was quite few letter this young man wasn't going to do it and wanted to hand these letters to the lady - she didn't take it and ...watched him putting it to the bin. and that's the great service we are getting at the Falsgrave Post Office.
next time I went to Falsgrave, that was just before Christmas, even if I kind of knew it was bad idea and waist of my time but it was on my way from work and easier to park. I asked for help as I wanted to purchased 'a prepaid envelope' or however its called so something I had lost could have been sent back to me. I explained ..the same lady:) what would have been sent to me (just a little blanket) but she was absolutely adamant and I mean absolutely that she couldn't help me; despite a huge poster on the wall saying how I could have sent more ..up to 2kg for £2.6. that day I waited probably half an hour in the queue, it was only this lady working and when I saw her I smiled to myself thinking she wasn't going to help me ..and she didn't; I went straight away to main Post office and I did get an envelope and the stamps for £26. the poster was the reason I went somewhere else.
I'm avoiding this post office absolutely now; staff could do probably with some training.
but the most ridiciouls thing I observed once
