- DDDSep 25, 20261.0Seems to have changed hands for the considerably worse. What was once a pretty decent Post Office, is now very very poorly run. Staff aren't trained well, are rude, abrasive and profiteering. Takes forever to send things that took 30 seconds before. Avoid.
- HAHarry AllenJul 30, 20261.0Politely asked if they sell small boxes so I could send a small package internationally. The guy was for no reason, rude over the phone and then hung up on me. Such a weird encounter.
- TOTemitope OladunjoyeJul 21, 20262.0Ripon Post Office is a convenient, wheelchair-accessible branch in the heart of the city centre, offering UK and international postal services, a bureau de change, and a small selection of drinks and sweets. Although there are no customer toilets, public facilities are nearby. Service is generally efficient, though I personally found some staff less welcoming than expected. Overall, it's a reliable place for everyday postal and currency exchange needs.
