I've had multiple bad experiences at this Post Office, including them closing early, being unable to change notes for coins (even though I thought this was a common service) and given no suggestions for alternatives, and not being able to change any labels on parcels printed at home. My parcel was 0.5cm too thick to be a large letter and apparently upgrading the delivery and me paying the difference then and there was somehow not something they offered. I'm not sure how much more basic a service you could ask for at a Post Office. The staff are just generally not very helpful and act like you're wasting their time. A shame since our local postman is excellent.

Shame I couldn’t leave 0 stars! Every time I go in there, the same issues keep happening. Certain members of staff actively go out of their way to make things difficult for customers and have a consistently poor attitude. It honestly feels like they would rather create problems than solve them. There’s no willingness to help, no basic guidance, and no effort to make things run smoothly. If there’s an opportunity not to do something, they’ll take it — instead of simply explaining what’s needed and getting it sorted. The attitude is rude, snarky, and completely lacking in any kind of customer care. It genuinely feels like the customer experience doesn’t matter to them at all. The long wait times don’t seem to be down to a lack of staff, but more down to inefficiency and poor organisation. It’s frustrating, especially when it’s clear that a few decent staff members are left carrying the rest. There needs to be some serious accountability here, because the current standard of service is nowhere near acceptable.
