- SHSean HellstrømOct 11, 20212.0Misleading information on the shop window for opening times with the Royal Mail window states Monday to Friday 7am until 10pm. I arrived at 8:30am to be told to come back at 9am and that it states on the website that it’s not until 9am. I know it’s 2021 but not everybody goes online before they visit a shop which states the opening times on the front window the majority of people work between 9-5. Staff should be allowed more time between stacking shelves and serving people to save staffs frustration when serving customers away from stacking shelves.
