Customers should not be responsible for dealing with an arbitrary size limitation when returning goods on Amazon or any other platform. Any branch restrictions should be dealt with between the Post Office and Amazon. As a customer, I'm too busy to be doing what is clearly some paid employees' job.

My go to post office. Staff very polite and helpful. They have a lovely selection of greeting cards. Staff also very helpful when I am returning items or when I am posting an important letter or parcel. Sometimes there is a queue usually because a customer needs time. I have never witnessed Staff being impolite or impatient. Thank you to all who work here.

Im not one to complain but I'm not returning after this. I'm so done and fed up. this is the second time now the same lady has given me the wrong service for postage. I will so clearly say tracked 24, just for her to gives me another service all together. Thought is was a one off and let it go, but it's happened again and I'm not going for a 3rd time to have the same thing happen.
I found it exceptionally difficult to get through to some of staff, like they didn't understand the serveses. The usual lovely lady I used to ame to be served by has seemly left. I hope she's well.
On top of that I'm paying more than I would if I just weighed and measure the parcle at home and booked online, and that includes collection.
Over all just sad. Will have to drive further to go to another post office if I need something shipped out fast...

Terrible Terrible behavior of the staff. The old man behind counter was so rude. Refused to take Scottish notes. And when I asked him, why would he not take a legal tender. He refused to serve me. A post of serving customers on behalf of the banks is not taking notes!!! Funny
