The counter finally opened at 945am (meant to be 9am) with no offer of an apology from the man who was late coming in to open up. The lady serving in the shop part was apologetic and friendly but not very impressed with the lack of customer service by the man. Hopefully this is a one off. If not I wouldn't get there for it opening expecting to be served on time.
