It's a shame the manager is so lovely and helpful, as the other staff are genuinely some of the rudest people I have ever come across. The lady who usually works on a Saturday is abhorrent. I was told I hadn't pronounced my name correctly (weird as it's my own name, not hers!), told I was lying, and I said a different name, and that she didn't have time to listen to me spell it as it was too long. I have never seen so much eye rolling and tutting in my life. If she could have thrown the package at me across the counter, I'm sure she would have. I don't usually leave reviews, but this is the third time I have dealt with this woman and left feeling awful. I dread to think how she treats people with culturally different names.

This post office had a large queue on arrival but the staff were quick with their transactions.
I was served by a very miserable, long, grey haired lady. Not helpful at all and sighed alot. I'm sorry it was busy but she could have managed a smile.
On the plus side there is a large range of reasonably priced cards and gifts.
