Served by a vile woman called Maria. Disgusting attitude and unbelievably rude. Everything is too much trouble. Dropped a parcel off and was told I should have used parcel force because of the size but it’s way under Royal Mail size restrictions and is classed as a medium parcel so I really don’t know what her issue was. The way she went about it though was the real issue. Seriously learn how to communicate!
