I urge everyone to give them another chance. I went in yesterday and was shocked as the new Postmaster has turned it around, met with a smile on her face and very helpful! We need to keep this site alive so give her a chance and don’t make the journey into town! Anyway keep up the great work.

This is a terrible post office with awkward opening hours, poor staffing levels, long queues, often slow service, rude staff who obviously don't want to be there. The only good staff are the ones parachuted in by the PO to run services. When it eventually closes down they will say they are not making any money! I wonder why???

Been 3 times recently and it’s closed. When it is open there’s usually a queue that takes about 15 minutes. My advice, avoid and go somewhere else. I won’t be going back.

This Place has significantly improved since 2 new very friendly employees started within this past month. I guess no more need to drive to Leeds Rd or town for services.

Really excellent small post office. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy parking and as based in the coop supermarket convenient for supplies.
I have only recently started using this post office but it is now definitely my preferred one.
