- EEEmmaAug 20, 20261.0If I could put 0 stars I would. Twice I’ve been to this post office to collect a parcel. First time ‘it got lost’ so I had to explain to the seller what had happened. Read some good reviews so thought I’d try them again as maybe that was a one off. & nope. Second parcel isn’t there either! He had no time for me. Carried on service another person while I was stood there. Asked him if he needed the QR code I had & he said we don’t use them here just name. The man & woman there didn’t even bother to look for the parcel & then proceeded to tell me ‘oh it might be out the back’ when I asked if they would check he said ‘no post office is closed now’ this was 16:40! The post office is open until 17:00. He then proceeded to tell me that the post office closed early today & they didn’t have my parcel. I’m actually furious about the service & attitude of this person. I WILL be reporting this to the head of post office & I will also be contacting above who ever owns this shop.
