I knew that it often takes around a week to ship. When I asked her when my mail would likely arrive, she rudely (and incorrectly!) told me it would take at least 2 weeks. In the end my letter arrived after only 4 working days. I would honestly be fine if she was polite but incorrect, or if she was rude but accurate. Having someone be both very standoffish and condescending while also having no idea what she's talking about prompted me to write this bad review.
