Accidentally printed the wrong label weight for a letter and was near publicly humiliated - loudly announcing the content was 'way way over the weight' (70g). Comments such as 'do you not have scales at home. Made to feel horrible and like a complete idiot just for trying to post a letter. Unnecessary and rude. Will make the extra effort to go elsewhere in future.

I have been to several cities and never saw a lady who claims to work for 7 years and she doesn't know about the tracking service of Royal post office.
