Used to be best Post Office in area, but merging the shop and PO counter plus 'fire and re-hire' has resulted in poorly-trained replacement staff and an awkward queue. As awkward as the queue is, the one I was just in literally had to disperse because the manager arbitrarily closed the PO when someone bungled the computer system and 'no other staff were available until the afternoon'! "Leaving me in the lurch" she said. Terrible management of an unnecessary transition. The previous staff were a pleasure, legends! The current set up has crashed and burned. Shame.
