Every time I go in (I average once or twice a week) they are chatting about something, or someone sitting eating their lunch at the counter - basically anything other than work. Queue of 7 people today waiting as two staff chatted on. Some of us have jobs to go to and listening to inane conversation as I try to collect a parcel on my lunch break is beyond irritating.
