Poor, unprofessional service. Every time I go in (I average once or twice a week) they are chatting about something, or someone sitting eating their lunch at the counter - basically anything other than work. Queue of 7 people today waiting as two staff chatted on. Some of us have jobs to go to and listening to inane conversation as I try to collect a parcel on my lunch break is beyond irritating.

Lady with the white hair doesn’t listen to customers. Chooses to chat throughout service and then get cross with the people she’s serving when they inevitably have to repeat their requirements. She’d sooner keep a customer waiting longer so she can finish gossiping. Rude and unprofessional
