Since the post office changed ownership, the quality of service has skyrocketed! Packages always arrive on time, and the service is not only professional but also very friendly. It's clear that the new owners put their heart into what they do. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been to kilton post office again today and the postmaster is the most helpful person, he’s so explanatory when guiding you with the sending of parcels, and also spends time explaining why and how to send, the best possible and reliable way of getting your parcels to it’s destination safely and timely. He is a lovely person and his customer service is impeccable. I thanked him for his help and he said no problem, lady. It’s my job and thank you very much.5 ⭐️ for his customer service and valuable knowledge.

The guy work there is joke , everytime I come to drop off amazon parcel he was telling me it doesn't work , maybe once I was lucky enough, today I have come to ask if it works before I attempt to bring any pracel , he then took phone and switched on , said look doesn't work , I could see Samsung logo and I told him you need to wait for phone to turn on , we wait around 30 sec and phone switched off, I said to him it needs charging as battery is dead , he said it may take hours I told him if you just plug in now it will have enough charge in 30min when I come back , he said he don't have time and will charge when he got spare time and i will not tell him when he should. Charge phone, what a prick he does this in purpose, for some unknown reasons he decided not to use Amazon now I am having to walk further down to different post office , they should not be on the list of amazon drop off point

The staff are rude, when I came in this morning to collect my packages I was told that the system was down and that it would be working again in 15 minutes. I usually always collect my packages from here no problem. I was being verbally attacked for no reason. Still don’t have my packages. Avoid this place at all costs.
