Ufortunately you do have to watch one as she will twist the royal mail size guide to one side when you have letter sized item and tell you it's now a large letter. I have a size guide at home and if you turn it to one side most parcels shaped either square or rectangular get stuck at the last third of the parcel, that's basic. Hold it normally and these items go straight through without any issue. Terrible service, rude and just uncalled for.
