The female staff member I have dealt with on several occasions comes across as cold, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. During my most recent visit to pay money into my bank account, I was spoken to sharply for folding my notes, which felt unnecessary and rude. At first, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and thought she might simply have been having a difficult day. However, I then observed her being warm and friendly towards another customer immediately afterwards. This made me feel that the difference in treatment was personal rather than situational. What concerns me most is that this is not an isolated incident. I have visited many times and have repeatedly left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. After discussing my experiences with family and friends, I discovered that some of them have felt similarly treated. I cannot say for certain what the reason is, but as a non-white customer, the repeated difference in how I have been treated compared to others has left me feeling concerned and upset. Customer service should be respectful and consistent for everyone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how customers are being treated.
