- AKAisha KhohAug 1, 20261.0The older lady and young lady who run this post office are incredibly rude! The two men and lady with short blond hair are so lovely, it’s shame the other two let it down. I come here often and I’m always friendly with the staff, but will not bother using this Post Office in future. A lot of my friends refuse to go to this Post Office. Came in a few weeks ago, to post my Vinted parcels, two were Royal Mail and the other two were different couriers, I did realise as it was my first time selling on Vinted, and I asked for help and the younger lady said, ‘it’s like asking us how Sainsbury’s works’ so rude! Anyway I sorted the Royal Mail parcels at the side while she served another customer and went to be served by the other lady, only for the younger one to roll her eyes. The lady after me also had a parcel, she smiled and handed it in and the younger lady behind the counter said, ‘well hello to you too’ and rolled her eyes up. We were both probably treated like that because of the colour of our skin. I’m not bringing out the race card but they’re friendly with some and not others. Post Office company needs informing of the unprofessional people who run this cabin! Everything is over-priced, even one of the staff members admitted it once and told me to go elsewhere for envelopes 🤣

The lady in front of me wanted to bank some cash but she said she can't take cash at the moment and should come back next week with no promise of being able to do it then! I could only leave 1 star review but believe me if I could leave zero I would..!! An absolute embarrassment to the Post Office brand and I WONT be returning.....Time to retire I think..!!!!
