Disgusting customer service yet again! How is this post office still ran by the same post mistress? Both the post mistress and the younger woman are an absolute disgrace to Royal Mail. You are representing the brand and falling very short. I had the misfortune of going in there again, recently. What a Big Mistake! I’ve visited this appalling post office countless times over the years simply because it was local. Every single time I’ve been there I’ve had a terrible experience. Look at all the negative reviews? There’s a re-occurring theme here. You cannot treat other human beings in this manner. It gives such a bad impression to West Bridgford. Please don't make people feel like crap every interaction, it's not nice. What is the need to be rude to customers when all that's coming your way is politeness? Go visit the other post offices in West Bridgford, you may learn a thing or two about customer service. I would give a lower rating if there was an option to do so. AVOID!!

Each time I go into this lovely post office I am impressed by the whole experience. It’s clean, tidy, well stocked and the couple who run it are so friendly and smart. It’s like stepping back in time, in a good way, to a community post office.
Thank you 🤩

After popping in to exchange a £20 note for 20 c £1 coins, I was informed that this was not possible due to money laundering. Had I not laughed so much at how stupid this woman was I would’ve answered and informed her that she might need to go back to school.
Don’t waste your time at this post office when there is a branch on the Melton road and Edwalton which offer a better service
