Wanted to send something Tracked48 but the cashier insisted because of the weight, it had to go special delivery. On my receipt it stipulates "small parcel" "1.9kg" and according to the Royal Mail website, that is eligible for Tracked48 and should have only cost £3.39, not £12 for special delivery! A formal complaint is being filed with Royal Mail directly and definitely won't be using this instore service anymore.
