They walked me through the form step by step, patiently answered all my questions, and helped sort out a few issues I ran into along the way. It made a process I was dreading actually pretty painless. Really appreciated the friendly, helpful service — highly recommend this location if you need help with DVLA paperwork!

Coins are just not good enough I guess. Oh well, very polite and kind staff so they can have 3 stars for service, but would have got more if they branched out a little and accepted Euros in coin form. 👌🏽😌
