Told me the post office card i had he didnt accept and then changed too he doesn't have the facilities. Not interested in talking and very rude and abrupt .

Unfortunately, there were no forms available, which made it inconvenient as I had to look elsewhere to complete my task. However, the person at the counter was helpful, polite, and did their best to assist despite the limited resources.

Yes, it's a small "side hustle" attached to an off licence but it's open 7 days a week when most other post offices have folded and even the city centre "crown post office" is a "side hustle" in Smith's. Frankly any post office is better than no post office. And it sells beer!
