On every occasion, the staff member with the bob haircut I believe Sarah as her name, She has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. She does not explain the available options, communicates as though customers are an inconvenience, and makes an ordinary visit to the post office unnecessarily stressful. I now dread being called to her counter and actively hope to be served by someone else. Friends of mine have also described similar experiences with the same staff member. During one visit, she appeared unwilling to deal with my request, yet another colleague stepped in and resolved it politely within a couple of minutes. That contrast showed how simple the matter was and how differently customers can be treated. I respectfully ask the post office management to investigate these repeated concerns, review the staff member’s conduct, and ensure that appropriate customer-service standards are being followed. A post office should serve its community with patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that has repeatedly not been my experience here.

DON'T HAVE STUFF DELIVERED HERE .after tracking my parcel myself it turns out it was delivered there but was put back in the collection bag.so why lie about it. Sorting office bulwell who are extremely helpful showed me proof of delivery to post office. The woman who usually in window 5 needs customer service training as she's definitely in the wrong job and her face says it to.
