- STshengyao tangJul 28, 20261.0Please do not use this PO in this office, I have been this PO, and ordered next day singature delivey service first class but the staff swapped the return and delivery address around, and when I went to complain to them they told me to contact royal mail myself, even though they made the mistake. The staff there were also very rude and dismissive about this. The parcel, which contains important documents, hasn't arrived to the person in six days, and they don't know where the documents are now. If I could give zero starts I would give zero stars, but google won't let you put zero stars

Went in today, not much of a queue - the one staff had no urgency in serving people quick enough The place had no ventilation and several people including myself became frustrated in the heat. Common sense would have taught the staff to move things quickly or call for assistance. I will give this PO a miss unless you like to loose valuable time. In comparison the Trowell road PO is 1000 times efficient.
