My wife has had a very unpleasant experience today at this branch. The lady serving has very poor customer service skills and made her feel unwelcome. Suggest going to an alternative post office. Seems they don't want our custom from reading the other reviews on here!

Staff always mislead customers into thinking they need much more expensive postal services than they do. Saw a man post two documents which he needed ‘signed for’ and they charged him over £22, completely unnecessary. I always state the exact service I require and even then they try to convince me I need special delivery
